Privacy

What we collect, why, and who else handles it.
What we store
- Your account: email address and a securely hashed password (never the password itself).
- Purchases: what you bought, when, the amount and tax, and your billing country. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
- Reading: which paid steps you've opened and whether you've downloaded labs. This powers “continue reading” and the refund rule.
- Email signups: your email and which page you signed up on, if you ask for updates.
What we don't do
No advertising, no ad trackers, no selling data. Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies; for anonymous visitors we keep only daily totals per page.
Who can see your data
The site owner can see account, purchase and reading information to answer support requests and handle refunds. Our providers process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, database), Stripe (payments) and our email-sending service.
Your choices
You can change your email or password, unsubscribe from updates, or delete your account from your account settings. Deleting removes your personal data; order records are kept, without your name or email, where tax law requires.
